Toasted Oak Vineyards and Winery is located in Fallbrook, North San Diego County, in an area that was burned by the 2007 Rice Canyon Fire. Only one tree on the property survived. The winery is named after the now-recovered, but once-toasted oak. We're open for visitors and wine purchases practically every day. On weekdays, it's wise to call ahead for confirmation. Tastings are offered on Saturdays and Sundays, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
